OUR FOUNDER

Anisha Pandey is a 16-year-old high school junior from Mountain House, CA. Having witnessed the impact of education on young children, she aims to equalize the education gap for neurodiverse children to catalyze change in our community. Through the encouragement of young leaders, Anisha wants to create a positive community of driven changemakers at Project Synapse.

When she's not studying or leading Project Synapse, Anisha can be found playing tennis, curating her Spotify playlists or curled up with a good mystery book.

As CEO, Anisha hopes she can continue to expand Project Synapse's mission on a local and global scale. She hopes to advocate for inclusive curriculums and continue to bring Project Synapse's goals to neurodiverse institutions throughout the world.
